MOTIVATION MONDAY-HIIT It!!

Day after the SuperBowl (or if you're Peyton Manning, the second worst day of your life) 'nuff said.  No matter who you were rooting for you know you probably had one too many drinks, and ate far too many wings, nachos and other stuff that's now sitting in your belly like a big old brick. If you’re up for a good workout check these out. You don't need to spend a lot of time. The workout below can be done in 35 minutes.Do the strength circuit first, then follow up with the treadmill workout.15 Minutes AMRAP

  • 8 Dumbbell Single-Arm Clean & Press (on each side)

  • 10 Reverse Lunge with Bicep Curls (do all reps on one leg, then switch)

  • 10 Renegade Rows with a Pushup

  • 10 Deck Squats

  • 5 Plank Up & Downs ( forearm plank to extended arm plank, keep alternating )

Treadmill HIIT

5 minutes jog/run

Tabata Sprints (20 secs on 10 secs rest, repeated 8 X)

5 minutes jog/run

Tabata Sprints (20 secs on 10 secs rest, repeated 8 X)
