MOVE IT MONDAY

Hey there !!

I know it's been a couple of months since my last post. Mea culpa!!  But I'm back from vacation, recharged and ready to bring you monthly posts full of kickass workouts, recipes, music and other great things to keep you moving and motivated!

Sometimes when life gets hectic ( which seems to be all the time lately) I don't always have the luxury of sticking to my own workout plan. Generally I go for a 4-5 mile run and each day I train a different body part. But when my schedule doesn't allow for this, I try to  mix things up and give myself a super charged workout that is quick, effective and hits all the major body parts that are important to me.

I set my watch for whatever time I have 20-30 minutes and I don't stop until the buzzer goes off. With each exercise I try to push myself to my personal limit and give it my all. I do take a 1-2 minute breather once I have finished the entire circuit. If the buzzer hasn't gone off, I start back at the beginning and keep on going until it does.  I won't lie, it's brutal and it's a sweat fest. But when I'm done, I'm pumped and feeling much better about things.

Give this workout a try the next time you're pressed for time. You won't be disappointed.
