MOVE IT MONDAY workout of the month
Do 2-3 rounds of the following circuit:
Pullups (as many as you can unassisted or 10 assisted)
15 Forward Lunges
15 Dumbbell Chest Presses laying on a Stability Ball
1minute Forearm Plank arms resting on Stability Ball
15 Stability Ball Leg/Hamstring Curls
15 Bicep Curls with Dumbbells
15 Side Arm Raises
15 Sit Ups on a Decline Bench
