TUNES FOR TUESDAY

Hey there!

Lots of new songs hitting the airwaves that have definitely helped me through a recent sweat session or two. The power of a song can be the difference between a terrible workout and terrific workout sometimes.

Recently I've been taking some new routes on my runs and if you know me at all, you know I DESPISE hills. Any type of hill. So my playlists make a HUGE difference in how I make it up those hills. Just when I think I don't have any more left in the tank, up pops Macklemore & Ryan Lewis or most recently Jason Aldean.  I know what you're thinking, Jason Aldean music doesn't really fit that anthem feeling one might need to push the body a little further. But come on now, have you heard Night Train? That song seems to pop up whenever I'm hitting my last hill. But anyway, I digress . . .
