VACATION WORKOUTS

Hey there!

So I'm heading out for 2 weeks of fun in the sun. First stop Puerto Rico. Then from there it's down to my family summer place in good old Cape Cod. Just because I will be on vacation, doesn't mean I won't be working out. Of course I'll be taking a break from my traditional workouts, but nevertheless, I will find some time to go for a run and work up a good sweat in the sun.

For my clients out there who aren't following a specific program, I thought I'd share a fun little workout to keep you occupied while I'm away. Feel free to do this one 2-3 times a week. Get creative if you want and make up your own exercises. The workout below can be done 1-3 times through, depending on how much time you have or where you are at. Whatever you choose to do- HAVE FUN !!

I've given you two versions of this workout. One with weights and one with bodyweight only. So there is absolutely no excuse not to do at least one of them. :)

Tip: Your cardio can be ANYTHING you want! Running, jump rope, elliptical, biking, stair climbing or a mix of anything that keeps you moving and gets your heart rate up.

With Weights
2 minutes of cardio
1 minute of pull-ups
2 minutes of cardio
1 minute squats with bicep curls
2 minutes of cardio
1 minute of Pushups
2 minutes of cardio
1 minute of walking lunges with overhead shoulder press
2 minutes of cardio
1 minute of tricep kickbacks
2 minutes of cardio
1 minute plank

Bodyweight Only

2 minutes of cardio
1 minute squats or jump squats
2 minutes of cardio
1 minute of Pushups
2 minutes of cardio
1 minute of walking lunges
2 minutes of cardio
1 minute of tricep dips
2 minutes of cardio
1 minute plank
