FUN FRIDAY

So . . . I'm officially changing the name of the monthly Friday post from FAST FRIDAY
to FUN FRIDAY.  Why? Because it's my blog and I can. Also, I think FUN FRIDAY for a lack of better word is more FUN.

On a rainy day like today, it can be hard to sometimes find the motivation to get up, go for a run or get to the gym. Lunch rolls around and maybe you're feeling a craving for some comfort food like a burger, rather than sticking to your clean eating. Let's face it, we all feel like this sometimes.

Yes, even I have those days. This morning I didn't really want to get up and drive the 20 minutes to my hot yoga class that I normally, am in love with. And I know there are days my clients struggle too.

On days like that, we need a little extra motivation. We've got to find something that picks us up, gives us that little kick in the pants that says "Come on, keep going" or  simple " Get your butt up and move it".  Maybe it's a great song, maybe it's the cute guy or girl on the treadmill next to you, or maybe it's seeing someone you know who physically can't do what you know you're able to do, but wishes they could.

So today, I decided to share some of my silly and fun little pick me ups that help keep me going and carry on the charge whenever I'm having," one of those days". Feel free to share yours too.

 Clearly I like Channing Tatum and use him for inspiration alot, seeing that he's on here a couple of times :)
