Group coaching and classes harness the energy and power that comes from peer support and shared goals. Same empowering methodologies and results as my 1:1 coaching, but with more built in accountability to help you stay motivated and on track. You will never be alone in your efforts and you’ll have opportunities to learn and share best practices with others.
How It Works
Take one of my current classes or workshops listed below or join my mailing list to be notified of upcoming ones in your area, as well as remote offerings. You can also request a custom program or private event for your group.
Group coaching & programs are a more cost effective way to access the benefits and rewards that come from working with a dedicated coach.
Workshops and classes are offered year-round with in person and remote options.
All group offerings include: access to support from me, accountability, general action planning discussion and promotional discounts on 1:1 coaching.
