WHAT'S UP WEDNESDAY- TOUGH MUDDER EDITION
What's up, it's Wednesday. And that means I answer a question from my audience. Since Saturday, everyone has been asking me, "What was the worst obstacle of the Tough Mudder?"
Well, if you saw my bruises or looked at my pictures, I bet you'd say the Electric Eel where I was shocked with 10,000 volts of electricity about 15 times all over my body. Nope... wasn't that.
The Berlin Walls? Nope.... piece of cake when I had the Dirty Dozen helping to make me about 2 feet taller than my usual 5feet.
The 2 mile vertical climb up and down the mountain multiple times? Negative.
By and far the absolute worst obstacle I did was THE ARCTIC ENEMA. As if jumping into an industrial sized dumpster full of ice and below freezing water wasn't bad enough, things got even worse when I got stuck and couldn't find my way to the surface on the other side. One of my teammates husband's actually got it on video. And there's no better way to share with you how horrible this obstacle is than to see for yourself. Alas, the video you are about to see, is not me. But it is from Saturday's event that I participated in. The people in this video actually make it look easy. But I assure you it was far from easy. As soon as I get the video of me, I'll be sure to post it. For now you'll have to settle for a video of some random people.
And if you think turning your shower to the coldest setting and just standing there for 20 seconds is equivalent to this, think again. Doesn't even come close.
